Description
Verbundweit einheitliche Einführung einer Bedarfsverkehrs-Hotline unter Nutzung aller jeweils relevanten technischen Kommunikationsmittel, insbesondere Telefon, E-Mail und Formular. Die Beauftragung hat zum Ziel, den Fahrgästen im VRM-Verbundgebiet einen einheitlichen Bestellprozess für Bedarfsverkehrsleistungen anbieten zu können. Die Hotline soll den jeweils aktuellen Stand der Technik abbilden. Dies betrifft insbesondere den Einsatz künstlicher Intelligenz in der Annahme und Verarbeitung von Bestellvorgängen.
