Helse Vest har til hensikt å inngå rammeavtale på ulikt leiringsutstyr av mykt materiale for operasjon.Konkurransen er delt inn i 9 delkontrakter. Det er mulig å inngi tilbud på en, flere eller alle delkontrakter. Av tekniske årsakerer delkontraktene samlet i én delkontrakt i Mercell ("Delkontrakt 1-9").
