Description
Käesoleva ehitushanke eesmärgiks on ehitada Lehe 5, Kuressaare kinnistule üürimaja. Üürimaja on neljakorruseline, kuhu rajatakse 17 korterit. Suletud netopind 900,8m2. Pakkumuse saab esitada üksnes pärast hankelepingu täitmise kohaga tutvumist. Hankelepingu täitmise kohaga tutvumised toimuvad 22. ja 29. augustil 2024 kell 11 aadressil Lehe 5, Kuressaare, Saaremaa vald. Pakkuja, kes ei ole hankija määratud ajal hankelepingu täitmise kohaga tutvunud, ei oma pakkumuse esitamise õigust. Hankelepingu täitmise kohaga tutvumisel küsimustele ei vastata, ettevõtjatel palutakse esitada küsimused läbi riigihangete registri.
