Helse Nord c/o Finnmarkssykehuset HF, Universitetssykehuset i Nord-Norge HF, Helgelandssykehuset HF, Nordlandssykehuset HF, Helse Nord IKT og Sykehusapotek Nord HF would like to invite interested tenderers to submit tenders for legal services. The contracting authority has a continual need for legal assistance in connection with the organisation ́s activities. Although this need is relatively covered by internal resources at the Contracting Authority itself, there will be a need for external assistance with, for example, a lack of capacity or competence. Tenders are wanted for general legal assistance in the form of: - legal advice, both on individual questions and for major review work. - quality assurance. - assistance in any complaints and/or disputes, including negotiations and procedure. - close cooperation between the company and the supplier if necessary. - assistance and support for compliance with the regulations.
