De opdracht betreft het leveren van leermiddelen aan, en het uitvoeren van diensten voor de interne leermiddelenfondsen voor de locaties van de deelnemende scholen van opdrachtgever en het leveren van leermiddelen voor het gefaciliteerde leermiddelenfonds voor de locaties van Scholengroep Driestar-Wartburg.
