Flores heeft behoefte om een inkooptraject te starten voor het inkopen van een leerlingadministratiesysteem (LAS). Gezien de te verwachten omvang van de behoeften van Flores over de komende jaren is het van belang dat er een aanbesteding plaatsvindt om zo op een rechtmatige wijze het LAS in te kopen voor een langere periode.
