Im Rahmen des Visual Computing Incubator Projektes an der Universität Bonn soll eine gekrümmte LED-Wand beschafft werden. Die LED-Wand wird als zentrale technische Infrastruktur für die Erforschung und Entwicklung innovativer Visualisierungstechnologien dienen. Insbesondere in der VR-Forschung ermöglicht sie die Darstellung von hochauflösenden, realistischen Umgebungen, die für die Entwicklung immersiver Anwendungen unerlässlich sind.
