Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist je ausgeschriebenem Los (insgesamt zwei (2) Lose) der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung (Rahmenvertrag) mit jeweils einem Unternehmen (Auftragnehmer) nach § 21 Abs. 1 und 3 VgV und einer Vertragslaufzeit von 24 Monaten mit der einseitig zugunsten des Auftraggebers bestehenden Option einer zweijährigen (24 Monate) Vertragsverlängerung (Gesamtlaufzeit jeweils maximal 4 (vier) Jahre) über das Leasing von IT-Hardwareprodukten.
