Description
Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to give input and submit feedback and proposals for a tender contest for a new framework agreement on leasing, administration and insurance of vehicles and machines, from 01.04.2025. The requirement specifications, award criteria and contract are attached as far as we have come as of 20.09.2024. We want feedback on these, whether there are requirements and criteria that should be adjusted to get a better and more cost efficient solution, whether there are requirements that are growling or unclear. One thing we are very concerned about is having a price model in the agreement that is both predictable for both parties at the same time as giving the municipality the flexibility to fill many different needs in the best possible way.
