Scholengroep Driestar-Wartburg heeft besloten om de levering en het onderhoud van Leasefietsen Europees aan te besteden. Scholengroep Driestar-Wartburg wil graag een opdrachtnemer contracteren die kan voorzien in het leveren van leasefietsen via lokale fietsendealers (lokaal is dan de woonplaats van de werknemer).
