Learning and development (L&D) services and certifications in IT and related areas relevant for Europol: - Off-the-shelf training courses and certifications that are part of the tenderer’s catalogue, to be delivered remotely, or at Europol’s premises in The Hague/at the tenderer’s site. - Customised training courses adapted to Europol’s needs, to be delivered remotely, or at Europol’s premises in The Hague/at the tenderer’s site. - Tailor-made training courses developed specifically for Europol delivered remotely, at Europol’s premises in The Hague or at the tenderer’s site. - Off-the-shelf training courses and certifications from third parties with an uplift, to be delivered remotely, or at Europol’s premises in The Hague/at the tenderer’s site. - Provision of other L&D services from third parties with an uplift; The FWC will cover the training needs of Europol staff.
