Description
Design and execute a strategy to further implement our leadership model in Elia Group, considering existing development initiatives at 50Hertz and Elia. We want to have stronger impact in our actions based on the competencies of our Leadership Model. We want to anchor the Elia Leadership Model more within the organization and reach the targeted group better with more customized communication.
