Le présent accord-cadre porte sur des prestations de Contrôle Technique (CT) - LOTS 1 à 4 - exécutées dans les conditions des articles L125-1 et suivants et R125-1 et suivants du Code de la construction de l?habitation ainsi que sur des prestations de Coordination en matière de Sécurité et de Protection de la Santé (CSPS) - LOTS 5 à 8 - conformément aux dispositions des articles L4511-1 et suivants et R4511-1 et suivants du Code du travail. La présente consultation a pour objet un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commandes pour les lots n°1 à n°3 et les lots n°5 à n°7 et un accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents pour les lots n°4 et n°8.
