Description

The competition is for the provision of lawyer services. There is an option on courses in relevant disciplines. The contracting authority is Horten municipality and Holmestrand municipality. Attention is agreed that the municipalities are subject to being a member of KS using the QA lawyers where appropriate. The use of the QA lawyers carries no financial obligation to the contracting authority in this framework agreement or rights towards the tenderer in this framework agreement. The estimated value per annum and the maximum value for the entire contract period per group, including any options and the expected price rise are stated in point 1.1.4. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary greatly both up and down, and in the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.
