Pohjois-Karjalan hyvinvointialue tekee suorahankinnan perhe- ja sosiaalipalvelujen lastensuojelun tarvitsemasta asiakaskohtaisesta sijaishuollosta Lastenkoti Aarre Oy:n kanssa 3.10.2024 alkaen jatkuen toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Suorahankinnan perusteena on asiakaskohtainen erityistilanne 110 §. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (DPS 483005 ympärivuorokautinen laitoshoito) kautta ei löytynyt sopivaa paikkaa asiakkaalle.
