Teenuse eesmärk on toetada lapse iseseisvat toimetulekut olukorras, kus ta vajab sotsiaalsete, majanduslike, psühholoogiliste või terviseprobleemide tõttu oma kohustuste täitmisel ja õiguste teostamisel olulisel määral kõrvalabi.
