Description
Leveren en installeren van een lasrobot inclusief het aanpassen van het transportsysteem. Voor de verdere behandeling van het Ra afval met activiteit niveau A1X & A2X van de inhoud van de ±2400 historische laskokers in de CILVA installatie (verbranding en supercompactie) i.p.v. tussentijdse opslag van 23 x 40 ft containers (opgeslagen in de stelconhal 270E) in de overdekking van de HRA (PMO383), en de ±1000 secundaire laskokers buiten de 40ft containers in de stelconhal opgeslagen komende van het Radiumprogramma 280X zijn er aanpassingen nodig aan de CILVA installatie. De inhoud van de laskokers met het brandbare afval zullen voor de aanvoer naar de CILVA oven herverpakt en indien nodig verkleind worden. De laskokers met het niet brandbare afval zullen rechtstreeks naar CILVA aangevoerd worden om te supercompacteren. Vervolgens worden de persschijven van het afval, zowel brandbare (asvaten) als het niet brandbare, in OV200 vaten opgeslagen. Deze OV200 vaten dienen vervolgens gelast te worden om na een goedgekeurde test op Radon dichtheid in gebouw 155X te stockeren. Voor deze laswerken dient een lasrobot aangekocht te worden.
