Description
Das Leibniz-Institut für Analytische Wissenschaften - ISAS - e.V. beabsichtigt die Beschaffung eines Laser Mikrodissektions Systems, welches zur Optimierung von MS-basierten Messtrategien für LMD-isolierte Gewebeproben benötigt wird, zur Isolation von Zellarealen aus Nieren- und Herzgewebe, zur Kontrolle von MALDI MSI Analysen sowie zur simultanen Isolation von einzelnen Neutrophilen Gra-nulozyten, B-Zellen aus Weichgeweben (z.B. Herz, Darm, Gehirn) und Makrophagen und Blutgefä-ßen aus Knochen und Herzgewebe.
