Dieses Vergabeverfahren dient der Beschaffung eines Laser-Direkt Energy Deposition (L-DED) Systems für den Lehrstuhl für Neue Fertigungstechnologien und Werkstoffe an der Bergischen Universität Wuppertal. Der Lehrstuhl für neue Fertigungstechnologien und Werkstoffe (FUW) der Bergischen Universität Wuppertal befasst sich in der Grundlagenforschung mit der Entwicklung von Werkstoffkonzepten für die additive Fertigung unter Verwendung computergestützter Methoden. Als Prozesse stehen die Pulverbettverfahren Laser- Powder Bed Fusion, Electron Beam-Powder Bed Fusion (L-PBF) und das filamentbasierte Verfahren Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) sowie das Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM bzw. DED-Arc) im Vordergrund.
