Description
Achizitia de lapte praf si produse nutritionale speciale pentru copiii internati in cadrul spitalului. Toate detaliile legate de valori si cantitati se regasesc in caietul de sarcini si anexa. Frecventa contractelor ce urmeaza a fi atribuite este de 36 contracte subsecvente (lunar), in functie de alocarile bugetare si necesarul sectiilor. Durata acordurilor cadru va fi de 36 luni. Achizitorul isi rezerva dreptul de a denunta unilateral acordul cadru, printr-o notificare scrisa, fara nicio compensatie, de la data incheierii acordurilor cadru de catre Ministerul Sanatatii, in calitate de unitate centralizata de achizitii. Termenul limita de solicitare clarificari este de 15 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Raspunsul clar si complet va fi transmis cu cel putin 10 zile inainte de data depunerii ofertelor.
