Totalentreprisen omfatter design, projektering samt udførelse af 9 boliger inkl. omkringliggende udearealer, sekundærbebyggelse, samt tilhørende administrative arealer. Totalentrepriseaftalen skal indgås på grundlag af kontraktudkast, der er vedlagt udbudsmaterialet.
