De waterschappen willen continu inzicht in de actuele en verwachte condities van het oppervlakte- en grondwater. Een onderdeel hiervan is het bodemvocht. Het Waterschapshuis wil daarom een Landelijke Informatieservice Bodemvocht aanbesteden. De contractduur is 4 jaar met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging van 4 keer 1 jaar.
