ProRail heeft behoefte aan dienstverlening voor het verzorgen van (onderdelen van) de veiligheidsorganisatie ten behoeve van buitendienst- en/of spanningloosstellingen in opdracht van ProRail ICB. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om met één partij een exclusieve raamovereenkomst te sluiten, hierna te noemen ‘de opdracht’, om invulling te geven aan deze behoefte. Zie aanbestedingsdossier.
