Description

ProRail is voornemens om een opdracht voor de levering van koppelmeters voor het instellen van General Railway Signal (GRS) spoorstroomlopen rechtstreeks te gunnen aan Wabtec Netherlands B.V., op basis van artikel 3.36 lid 1 sub c onder 2 van de Aanbestedingswet 2012. Het betreft een technische uitsluitingsgrond: alleen Wabtec beschikt over de benodigde kennis om koppelmeters te leveren die veilig en correct samenwerken met de bij ProRail in gebruik zijnde B-relais. De opdracht betreft de levering van 60 koppelmeters in drie batches. De opdracht betreft de levering van in totaal 60 koppelmeters, verdeeld over drie tranches (2025–2027), ten behoeve van het instellen van General Railway Signal (GRS) spoorstroomlopen. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde bedraagt ca. € 1.062.528,- exclusief btw
