Lohjan Energiahuolto Oy Loher pyysi tarjouksia tilaajan omistamien lämpökeskusten ja kaukolämpöverkkojen päivystys- ja varallaolotoiminnasta. Lämpökeskukset ovat seuraavat: 1) Kiinteän polttoaineen kattila Virkkalan biolämpökeskus Tynninharjuntie 4 MW biokattila hake, maakaasu, kevyt polttoöljy 2) MK ja POK -kattilat 2.1) Tytyrin lämpökeskus Tytyrinkatumaakaasu, kevyt polttoöljy 2.2) Mäntynummen lämpökeskus Hakulintie maakaasu 2.3) Ojamon lämpökeskus Antinkatu maakaasu 2.4) Roution lämpökeskus Kalliomäentie kevyt polttoöljy Kaukolämpöverkot ovat seuraavat: 1. Lohjan keskustaverkko käsittäen - Keskusta - Routio - Mäntynummi - Ojamo 2. Virkkalan erillisverkko Päivystys- ja varallaolotoimintaan kuuluu ympärivuorokautisesti seuraavat tehtävät: - kaukovalvonta- ja hälytysjärjestelmien kautta saapuvien hälytysten vastaanotto - tarvittaviin häiriön selvittely- ja korjaustoimenpiteisiin ryhtyminen kaukolämmön tuotannossa ja jakelussa (lämpökeskukset ja kaukolämpöverkot) - mahdollisten vahinkojen selvittäminen - kaukolämpöasiakkaiden häiriöilmoitusten vastaanotto ja tarvittavat toimenpiteet häiriön korjaamiseksi - päivittäiset tarkistuskäynnit lämpökeskuksilla.
