Varastoon säilötään luonnonvaraista vettä, jonka lämpötilamuutokseen saadaan varastoitua energiaa kaukolämpökierron avulla. Hankinnan kohteena ovat lämmön kausivaraston EPCM-konsulttipalvelut.
