Description
Urakka-alue sijaitsee Lamminrahkan alueella Tampereen ja Kangasalan rajalla noin kahdeksan kilometrin etäisyydellä Kangasalan keskustasta. Työn tarkoituksena on rakentaa Lamminrahkan pohjoisosan uudisosa. Hankkeessa rakennetaan uudet kadut, pyöräkaistat sekä jalkakäytävät suunnitelma-asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Urakkaan sisältyy myös vesihuoltoverkoston rakentamista, vihertöitä, sähkö- ja teleoperaattoreiden teettämiä töitä sekä kaikki muut urakka-asiakirjoissa esitetyt työsuoritteet.
