Hankinnan kohteena ovat seuraavien 110kV yhteyksien maakaapeloinnit; - Lamminpään sähköasema (LMP, Paasikiventie 82, 33270 Tampere) - Lielahden sähköasema (LLT, Rahtimiehenkatu 7, 33270 Tampere) - Lamminpää-Pölkkylänniemi (nykyisten päätetelineiden läheisyyteen tehtäville jatkoille) - Lielahti-Pölkkylänniemi (nykyisten päätetelineiden läheisyyteen tehtäville jatkoille). Urakkaan sisältyy lopullisessa tarjouspyynnössä tarkemmin määritellyt maarakennus-työt. Suurin osa kaapelireiteistä on valmiiksi putkitettu katujen ja raitiotien rakentamisen yhteydessä.
