Hatsalan klassillisen koulu (Opistotie 5, 70200 Kuopio), n. 700 oppilasta, Kotkankallion väestönsuojan liikuntapaikka (Niiralankatu 32, 70600 Kuopio) ja keskuskentän jalkapallostadion (Kaartokatu 6, 70620 Kuopio). Osa - alue 2. Ylä-Pyörön koulu (Blominkatu 2, 70820 Kuopio), n. 500 oppilasta Ylä-Pyörön koulun yhteydessä sijaitsee Pohjois-Savon hyvinvointialueelle kuuluvat kotihoidon tiimit. Arvioitu sopimuksen aloitusajankohta on 1.1.2024. Keskuskentän jalkapallostadion, Kaartokatu 6, Kuopio sopimuksen alkamispvä 1.3.2024.
