Raamlepingu objektiks on Eesti Vabariigi maismaa piiririba sisemaa poolse joone tähistamine hoiatusmärkide ja tähistuspostidega tellija asukohas algusega Võrumaa, Parmu küla kuni Põlvamaa, Värska vald, Popovitsa küla, kogupikkusega 136 km raamlepingus sätestatud tingimustel ja korras. Pakkumuse saab esitada üksnes pärast raamlepingu täitmise kohaga tutvumist.
