Ajánlatkérő részére járó szakellátása részére flow cytometriás elektronikus katalógusban meghatározott laboratóriumi vizsgálatokra kér ajánlatot 24 hónapra, az egészségügyről szóló 1997. évi CLIV. törvény, a 60/2003. (X. 20.) ESZCSM rendelet, továbbá a 43/1999. (III. 3.) Korm. rendelet, az egészségügyi szolgáltatás gyakorlásának általános feltételeiről, valamint a működési engedélyezési eljárásról szóló 96/2003. (VII. 15.) Korm. rendelet, a mindenkor hatályos vonatkozó jogszabályi rendelkezések és szakmai irányelvek alapján Ajánlatkérő járó beteg-ellátási feladataihoz kapcsolódóan.
