Description
Der Freistaat Bayern vertreten durch die Bayerische Landesanstalt für Landwirtschaft (LfL) vergibt die Durchführung des 1. Screeningtests der Untersuchung von Kartoffelproben auf Bakterielle Ringfäule (Clavibacter sepedonicus, Cs), Schleimkrankheit (Ralstonia solanacearum, Rs) und Kartoffelviren (PLRV, PVM, PVY). Im Arbeitsschritt 1 sind pro Jahr 1800 Kartoffelproben mit je 210 Knollen für den Nachweis von RNA und DNA aufzubereiten und anschließend zu entsorgen. Im Arbeitsschritt 2 sind 900 Proben in jeweils 12 Unterproben mit der qPCR auf Viren (PLRV, PVM, PVY) zu untersuchen. Im Arbeitsschritt 3 sind 1800 Proben mit PCR auf Cs und Rs zu testen.
