Description
Espoon kaupunki (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia laboratoriotutkimusten hankintaan Espoon kaupungin työterveyspalveluille. Hankinnan kohteena olevat laboratoriotutkimukset sisältävät mm. veri- ja virtsanäytteet sekä ulostenäytteet. Näiden lisäksi hankintaan sisältyy EKG- ja spirometria-tutkimukset. Näytteenotto tapahtuu Palveluntuottajan toimesta Tilaajan toimipisteessä Kamreerintie 2, 02770 Espoo. Tarkempi kuvaus hankinnan sisällöstä on tarjouspyynnön liitteellä 1. "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus". Sopimus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva. Espoon kaupunki valitsee kilpailutuksen perusteella yhden (1) Palveluntuottajan ja yhden (1) varatoimittajan.
