Laboratoriopalveluista - tutkimus- ja laboratoriopalvelut - velvoite- ja käyttötarkkailuraportointi 2. Asiantuntijapalveluista - puhdistamoprosessien arviointi ja kehittäminen - muut asiantuntijapalvelut 3.Vesistönäytteidenottopalvelu -näytteenotto tilaajan määrittelemistä havaintopisteistä 4 krt/vuosi tai erikseen sovittava määrä 4. Poikkeustilanteiden palveluista -näytteenottopalvelu poikkeustilanteessa (esim. yllättävä ohitustilanne puhdistamolla) -vesistöseuranta poikkeustilanteessa (esim. yllättävän ohitustilanteen takia) -näytteiden analysointipalvelu poikkeustilanteissa -päivystyspalvelu yllättävien poikkeustilanteiden palveluiden tuottamiseksi
