Naručitelj u ovom postupku javne nabave nabavlja laboratorijske reagense i laboratorijski potrošni materijal za potrebe medicinsko–biokemijskih laboratorija Doma zdravlja Bjelovarsko-bilogorske županije po grupama predmeta nabave prema okvirnim količinama i specifikaciji robe iskazanoj u obrascima Troškovnika, koji su sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi (u daljnjem tekstu: Dokumentaciji). Ponuditelj je dužan izvršiti predmet nabave na način da isti odgovara svim uvjetima koji su navedeni u ovoj Dokumentaciji. Predmet nabave uključuje dostavu predmeta nabave na lokacije prema popisu i adresama navedenim u ovoj Dokumentaciji.
