Hanke eesmärk on sõlmida raamleping läbivoolutsütomeetria analüsaatorite, lisaseadmete (sh tarkvaralitsentside, lisamoodulite) ja kaasnevate teenuste (sh remont ja koolitus) ning kulumaterjalide soetamiseks. Kuna seadmete kasulik eluiga on 7 aastat, siis kaetakse hankega seadme elueal vaja minevad reaktiivid, tarvikud, hooldused ning remondid.
