Description
Rakennetaan kaksi 7-kerroksista asuinkerrostaloa opiskelijoille. Talot ovat omilla tonteillaan ja ne rakennetaan kiinni toisiinsa ja niillä on sisäyhteys 1.kerroksessa. Kuudessa ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on asuntoja. Ylimmässä 7.kerroksessa, joka ei ole täysi kerros, on molemmilla taloilla oma ivkonehuone sekä saunaosasto ja kerhotila. Molempien talojen ylempi vesikatto on lapekattoinen, jonka etelänpuoleiselle lappeelle asennetaan aurinkopaneeleja. Alemmat 6.kerroksen yläpohjat ovat tasakattorakenteisia.Rakennettavien kerrostalojen autopaikat sijaitsevat LPA-tonteilla 9 ja 10. Uusia autopaikkoja rakennetaan 24 kpl tontille 10. Tontilla 9 muutetaan kolme olemassa olevaa autopaikkaa kahdeksi le-paikaksi sekä numeroidaan 8 kpl olemassa olevaa autopaikkaa uudestaan
