Description
De gemeente Enschede als aanbestedende dienst, wil één exploitant contracteren die verantwoordelijk is voor realisatie en exploitatie van een zonnecarport en, optioneel een laadplein op de openbare parkeerplaats van P+R Zuiderval in Enschede. De overeenkomst betreft een dienstenconcessie. De zonnecarport (Een installatie bestaande uit overkapping van parkeervakken, zonnepanelen, bekabeling, draagframes, omvormers en andere toebehoren) en het laadplein (Verzameling van laadpalen op dezelfde locatie die dezelfde netaansluiting delen) worden gezamenlijk uitgevraagd omdat de systemen dezelfde netaansluiting zullen delen.
