Hankinnan kohteena ovat kylmälaitteiden huollot ja korjaukset sekä tarvittavat lakisääteiset tarkastukset tarvittavine todistuksineen Senaatti-kiinteistöjen kohteissa Pohjois- ja Länsi-Suomen osa-alueilla. Puitesopimuksen kesto on 24kk. Lisäksi Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa sopimusta kahdella optiovuodella, vuosi kerrallaan.
