Ter voorbereiding op de voorgenomen Europese aanbesteding Kwaliteit en Testen3 (hierna KT3) organiseert Rijkswaterstaat Centrale Informatievoorziening (hierna RWS) deze marktconsultatie. RWS hecht grote waarde aan de mening van marktpartijen en wil hen vroegtijdig en actief betrekken voordat de voorgenomen Europese aanbesteding van start gaat. In dit document wordt de beoogde opdracht, het doel van de marktconsultatie, de opzet en de wijze waarop geïnteresseerde marktpartijen kunnen deelnemen beschreven. 1
