Description
Kwalitatief communicatieonderzoek is een veelgebruikte vorm van onderzoek binnen de Rijksoverheid. Vaak wordt dit onderzoek ingezet voor het verkrijgen van inzichten over Nederlanders, stakeholders en communicatiemiddelen. Het kan daarbij gaan om onderzoek in het kader van communicatiecampagnes, maar bijvoorbeeld ook om communicatiestrategieën, communicatie bij dienstverlening en gedragsvraagstukken binnen het communicatiedomein. De huidige Raamovereenkomsten voor kwalitatief communicatieonderzoek lopen tot en met 31 december 2024. Omdat er nog altijd gebruik wordt gemaakt van kwalitatief communicatieonderzoek, is het gezien de opdrachtwaarde nodig om per 1 januari 2025 voor deze dienstverlening nieuwe Opdrachten operationeel te hebben, en deze tijdig Europees aan te besteden. Het doel van de Aanbesteding is om een Raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met drie marktpartijen.
