Hankinnan kohteena on Imatran kampus -hankkeen KVR-urakka. Rakennuskohde: Saimaan ammattiopisto Sampon Imatran kampus, osoite Koulukatu 5, Imatra. Hanke käsittää Kampuksen C-rakennuksen ja B-rakennuksen jäävän osan peruskorjauksen, A-, B- ja D-rakennusten purkutyöt sekä uudisrakennuksen rakentamisen. Hankkeeseen kuuluu myös piha-alueita asiakirjojen osoittamassa laajuudessa.
