Description

Kuntien Hetapalvelut Oy (jäljempänä ”tilaaja”) pyytää avoimella menettelyllä tarjouksia pankkiliikenneohjelmistoista. Tavoiteaikataulu pankkiliikenneohjelmiston käyttöönotolle on heti vuoden 2026 alussa. Kilpailutuksessa on optiona maksuvalmius & kassanhallinta -ohjelmisto. Kassanhallintajärjestelmän käyttöönoton tavoiteaikataulu on vuoden 2027 alussa. Ohjelmistoja koskevat vaatimukset on esitetty tarjouspyynnön liitteessä "Vaatimusmäärittely". Kilpailutuksen perusteella solmittava hankintasopimus on voimassa määräaikaisesti 4 vuotta, jonka jälkeen se jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassaolevana.
