Description
Bekanntmachung eines Wettbewerbes zur Erlangung künstlerischer Entwürfe: Staatliches Bauamt Rosenheim Technische Hochschule Rosenheim - Neubau Technologiepark (X-Bau) und Studierendenzentrum (U-Bau) Es werden insgesamt 2 nichtoffene anonyme Wettbewerbsverfahren (Lose) mit vorgeschalteten offenen Bewerbungsverfahren (Standort A und Standort B) ausgelobt. Gesonderte Bewerbungen für beide Standorte sind zulässig- Für Standort A ist ein künstlerischer Eingriff in die Fassadengestaltung des Technologieparks (X-Bau) vorgesehen. Für Standort B ist eine Intervention im Außenbereich vorgesehen, der mittelfristig den Aufenthaltsbereich vor der Mensa des Studierendenzentrum (U-Bau) und langfristig die neue Campusmitte definiert. Weitere Vorgaben mit spezifischen Standortvorgaben sind jeweils der Wettbewerbsauslobung im Falle einer Einladung zu entnehmen. Die Kostenobergrenze sind für Standort A 735.000 EUR brutto und für Standort B 500.000 EUR.
