Die Stadt Chemnitz wurde im Jahr 2020 vom Rat der Europäischen Union zur Kulturhauptstadt Europas 2025 ernannt. Die Kulturhauptstadt Europas Chemnitz 2025 gGmbH setzt mit zahlreichen Projektpartnern Aktivitäten in verschiedenen Gesellschaftsbereichen um, u.a. Soziokultur, Kunst, Baukultur, Generationenthemen und Unternehmenskultur. Die Kulturhauptstadt Europas Chemnitz 2025 gGmbH plant als Rahmenvereinbarung einen Dienstleisterpool aus bis zu 5 Dienstleistern zur Bearbeitung verschiedener Projekte und Aufgaben im Werbebereich zu bilden.
