Description
Das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude des ehemaligen Bahnhofs Glücksburg soll umgestaltet und saniert werden. Es handelt sich umeinen zweigeschossigen Mauerwerksbau von 1912 mit ausgebautem Mansardkrüppelwalmdach mit zwei runden Treppenhaustürmen mit Kegeldächern. Die jetzige Nutzung der Stadtbesucher soll nach der Sanierung wieder verändert aufgenommen werden. Geplant sind Büchereinutzung imEG, Café und Seminarräume imOG, DG ohne Nutzung, Keller als Lagerraum. Die Sanierung beinhaltet die konstruktive Ertüchtigung und die Schaffung der Barrierefreiheit des Gebäudes.
