Die Klinikum Region Hannover GmbH mit Sitz in Hannover ist ein kommunaler Krankenhausverbund in der Region Hannover, Der Auftraggeber wird am Standort Wunstorf eine neue Erwachsenenpsychiatrie errichten. Die KRH Psychiatrie Wunstorf ist zuständig für die psychiatrische Versorgung von mehr als 700.000 Einwohnern der Landkreise Nienburg und Schaumburg sowie der westlichen Bereiche der Stadt und Region Hannover. Sie ist akademisches Lehrkrankenhaus der MHH. Die Klinik nimmt etwa 5.500 Patienten pro Jahr auf, die durchschnittliche Behandlungsdauer ist kürzer als vier Wochen. Rund 85 Prozent der Patienten kommen freiwillig zur Behandlung.
