Description
Monetra Oulu Oy Hankintapalvelut pyytää tarjoustanne koulujen ja varhaiskasvatuksen kuvauspalveluista asiakkailleen (jäljempänä myös "tilaajat") tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Kyseessä on kynnysarvon ylittävä käyttöoikeusoikeussopimus. Varhaiskasvatuksen ja opetuksen toimiala antaa valituille toimittajille oikeuden hyödyntää kilpailutettua palvelua kuntien tiloissa sekä periä kuvauspalveluista maksun kuvien ostajilta (huoltajat, aikuiset opiskelijat, henkilökunta).
