Description
Nach § 2 Abs. 1 Satz 1 des Spielbankgesetzes Schleswig-Holstein ("SpielbG SH") werden im Land Schleswig-Holstein öffentliche Spielbanken zugelassen. Die Errichtung und der Betrieb der öffentlichen Spielbanken bedarf dabei der Konzessionierung. Die beabsichtigte Konzessionserteilung ermöglicht den Betrieb von insgesamt nicht mehr als fünf Spielbanken in Schleswig-Holstein (vgl. § 2 Abs. 2 Satz 1 SpielbG SH).
