Der Auftragnehmer führt für den Auftraggeber die Aussaat und Anzucht von ca. 1.960.000 Pflanzen in kontrollierter Lohnanzucht durch. Das für die Anzucht erforderliche Saatgut wird den erfolgreichen Bietern, nach Zuschlagserteilung, durch den Auftraggeber zur Verfügung gestellt.
